DVSA warns of scam emails

The DVSA has issued a warning after it became aware of emails claiming to be from the DVSA’s ‘fixed penalty office’ which contains an attachment to a fixed penalty receipt.

The agency has said that it never sends fixed penalty notices to customers via email and advises the public to delete the email without opening the attachment.
