Tyre Centre UK say business would fail without support from online platform

Stourbridge garage says 95 per cent of work earned through WhoCanFixMyCar.com
Tyre Centre UK continues to grow with support from WhoCanFixMyCar.com.

Tyre Centre UK, a garage based in Stourbridge, operated by Co-Founders Mo and Maj, has been running for two years and faced problems during the early days.

“I wanted to own my own business,” said Maj, “I had spent 15 years working for somebody else so it was time to do something for myself and my family, Mo and I knew we had the skills and determination to be successful so we went for it.”

Flying solo brought challenges from day one as the realities of business ownership quickly became clear for Mo and Maj.

“We were struggling to hold our heads above the water because we had invested a lot of money into the business.

“We were doing everything we could to attract drivers to the garage and went as far as calling people to ask if they needed repairs or servicing.”

Turning point

To try and get the business off the ground, Maj signed the garage to a number of internet businesses promising to deliver work.

“We signed up to three separate businesses which promised that they could help us find drivers but they all failed to deliver and left us no better off.”

However, after Maj joined WhoCanFixMyCar.com (WCFMC) , the tide turned quickly.

“It is the number one platform for winning work and ever since we started using it, drivers have been consistently flowing to our garage.

“We dumped all of the other online platforms because we were being so successful on WhoCanFixMyCar. We haven’t looked back since.”

Massive support

Tyre Centre UK has completed 138 jobs (Nov 17) for drivers who have found the garage through WhoCanFixMyCar.

“95 per cent of our customers are found on WCFMC and it is critical that we are members of the platform.

“We would be struggling otherwise as we have a large place which we can’t afford to be empty.

“We employ a full team and both of my sons, Haash and Sami, work as technicians, We’re supporting a lot of people as well as our own families which gives me and Mo a lot of pride.”

Looking towards the future, Maj has no plans to slow down.

“We’re looking at introducing more ramps to the garage and are open to the possibility of opening a second thanks to the work we’re winning on WCFMFC.”
