Automechanika Birmingham is the UK’s leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and vehicle production sector.

Bringing the UK’s automotive industry together again for the third time, Automechanika Birmingham will take place from 5 to 7 June 2018 at the NEC.

Over 500 exhibitors are expected to attend the 2018 event and stand space is selling fast.

Among others, exhibitors include; Delphi, Hella, Liqui Moly, MANN+HUMMEL, Bosch, Snap-On, Milwaukee Tools, Gates Power Transmission, GroupAuto, Texa, Draper Tools, Dura, JHM Butt, ITW, ISN, Certas Energy and others.

To add to the exciting developments for Automechanika Birmingham, Jack Halliday joined the organisers’ team as Head of Sales last month, bringing over 15 years of experience from the exhibition industry to the team.

Jack commented “I am delighted to have joined the team at a really exciting time for Automechanika Birmingham. We have introduced lots of new initiatives for 2018 and are seeing a strong demand from big brands, new suppliers and SMEs from across the aftermarket and vehicle production.

“The new workshop quarter, a dedicated hall for workshop equipment and tools, has been particularly well received by suppliers in the aftermarket.

“We believe that shaping the event to suit the needs of the UK market is the route to a successful event for the industry.”

New initiatives

The 2018 event will bring a raft of new initiatives to attract senior decision makers from the automotive aftermarket and vehicle production sector.

The new features will include a facilitated meetings programme to match the needs of visitors with exhibitors, enabling meetings to be pre-planned and increasing business conversations on exhibitor stands.

Other developments will include extended opening hours in the workshop quarter, an enhanced content programme including expert speakers, free training and live demonstrations.

The industry’s event is an opportunity for suppliers to network, meet new and existing customers, launch new products, showcase technological solutions and innovation to an engaged and targeted automotive trade audience.

With so many brands already signed up and plans for a diverse range of improved visitor attractions, Automechanika Birmingham is set to be another huge success.
