Jane Russell, director of London-based, Russell Automotive speaks about her thriving career owning two successful businesses for a new program about the motor industry.

She said: “You can’t imagine why any business wouldn’t recruit females since they make up half of the population and its vital workforces reflect this.

“My success within the industry led to me featuring on the top 50 power part-time list, and this is something I’m extremely proud of.
