Caravan and motorhome parts group RoadPro Ltd has praised Origin Software Solutions for fulfilling its brief when building the company’s new bespoke e-commerce website.

After trading online for 15 years, RoadPro chose Origin Software Solutions, a MAM-owned e-commerce software provider for the automotive aftermarket, to build a new website using its B2C e-commerce package, WebRetail.

RoadPro’s website was built from the ground upwards by Origin.

The site contains functionality designed to deliver the highest quality of customer service, including a streamlined page layout, a question & answers section and comments on individual products.

RoadPro chose WebRetail because it easily integrated with Autopart, MAM Software’s market leading business management solution.

Origin WebRetail is a B2C e-commerce solution that integrates directly with Autopart to allow businesses to strengthen or establish 24-hour online trading.

WebRetail is available as an off-the-shelf package and as a fully bespoke product that can be tailored to suit a business’ needs.

Andrew Harris, managing director at RoadPro, said: “I had certain ideas about what a website should look like and how it should function.

“I wanted it to be easy for my customers to order through the website and I wanted it to be easy for me to use on the back-end.”

“We’re delighted that RoadPro are pleased with their website,” said Giles Greenslade, managing director at Origin Software Solutions.

“We understand that our customers will have specific requirements that are unique to them.

“In order to create great bespoke websites for companies like RoadPro, Origin work closely with them to understand the brief and ensure that the end result is what they want.”
