I take it we are talking about the labelling on the tyre wall ? £15 is absolute nonsense when manufacturers change design and names/lettering now and again periodically anyway. Also Mr average tyre buyer is governed by his pocket rather than fine detail of the tyres performance . He doesn’t even know about E marking !
Tyre manufacturing in this country is very small now so we will have it whether we like it or not because they are nearly all imported
