No excuse for bad language, however, what is inflammatory ?. we recently abandoned a test due to flea’s, certificate read “test abandoned due to flea infestation” the customer was outraged, abusive and violent, threatened us with anything and everything, who protects us ?. the customer insisted her dogs were flea’d regularly, our response was, madam we are testing your car not your dogs, this resulted in total melt down by the lady in question, again I say who protects us against abusive and violent VP’s
