This is the worst possible decision by the dvsa. There is absolutely no excuse for any tester not to have completed their annul training and now for the second year running good businesses are being penalized by the dvsa. If they haven’t completed their training they should have been struck off allowing decent pro active businesses to fill our mot capacity.
