    So why is it that a former tv fifth gear host can get DVSA attention than the NT testers doing the tests, vehicles having the first MOT often fail the MOT so why is DVSA taking note and listening to the opinion of this presenter, ask the testers.

    DVSA are thinking that 40 year old vehicles are cherished and well looked after a lot are but a lot are not this decision should never have been passed am l surprised no DVSA trying to help the presenters. What about increasing MOT rates they have not increased for over 10 years funny there have been a couple of test slots increases. STOP allowing discounted/cheap MOT’s.
