    New regs were in August which created an MOT bulge. It was changed to March and September which should have evened things up except March was by far the most popular.
    The fallout from the extension will be a pain in the **** for a couple of years but in the longer term will be a benefit as testing will be spread more evenly through the year.

    Cannot help thinking that there is a lot of moaning. Not enough MOT and now too many. Be grateful you have a job

    I tried to get through to DVSA last week, it took 6 minutes just to get through the message and the menu, then it said there was high demand , so I just gave up in the end. Its an absolute joke.

    The extended mot shuld only get another 6 month’s and pay for 12 to make it far for everyone else and we will still have work april to August if not they should pay more £65 min.
