I’m not surprised I’m in cornwall and can confirm that it’s more expensive here. Why ? simple economics, their are less customers per garage in cornwall, yet the garage still has to have all the same equipment as other parts of the country which by the way costs more because of transport limitations and cornwall council insist on over the top rate-able values, further to this parts suppliers charge more for parts and take longer to supply because of the geography and holiday makers clogging up the infrastructure.
