    I think these figures may be regional, we were down 80% in April and 64% in May so expecting them to come in in October & November!

    interesting ,in this area the good old motoring public are ignoring the mot system and driving round in large numbers with no mot or tax,they are taking advantage of a messed up system with no police intervention to stop them,the amount of cars we see that have run out of test months ago is staggering.

    One might imagine that life for independent MOT stations is being deliberately made difficult to justify a future move of MOT testing to a single nationwide operator.

    Here at swiftfit Gloucester we seem to have been exceptionally fortunate because a significant amount of our cutomer base had their mots done as normal when due.
    Smoothing out any major challenges with not having a mad rush in the last few months, we think that our mot reminder letters helped with this.
