    Lift and tow may still be an option as some electric ( and possibly fuel cell ? ) vehicles are normally only driven by one axle I.e: not 4 wheel drive. You’re right though, the breakdown industry is changing and I can envisage it going to an ‘on demand’ service rather than paying by annual subscription.
