That’s the fuzz way of saying “we are doing something”
So cat still gets nicked, the fuzz then claim a victory but in reality
They done nothing, its the garages doing the marking which will grind off

Best thing would be a “baitcar <dot> com” some sort of sensor so when jacked up 6 seconds delay then Sprays some cat piss or pig piss (adblue) in area of cat with smart water.

Don’t know what results were.

Should make all cats with a £100 refundable deposit – or none if has crime number.
