Surely this now represents a hazard to residents. Is any follow-up action being taken by council or environment agency regarding where this waste ultimately goes. Or will it be fly tipped once more?
The law is an ass and completely pointless unless it is enforced. You cant even get hold of plod these days let alone to answer a phone properly and deal with crime.
