So did the police fine the driver? As this could have ended with lives being lost due to an un-road worthy vehicle. Surely this should carry a higher fine and punishment then speeding?

In this modern times in the UK I see more and more people stretching their budgets to get a car out of their payroll just to keep up with the trend. And when these high end vehicles require repairs they simply don’t have the funds to keep them safely on the road. This very interesting, but how many charging bays are being applied to each store? As on average most people spend around 45 minutes shopping. So my point is you would need at least 20 bays.
And lets not forget that electricity comes from power stations, unless this is all wind powered electricity?.
