Alliance Automotive Group champions Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) actively supported Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 through initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, fostering healthy habits, and raising funds for charitable organisations.

The campaign united staff, customers, and partners across the AAG network, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, and community contributions.

AAG launched a Mental Health Awareness Step Challenge throughout May, encouraging employees to get active and contribute to charity. Staff aimed for a collective step goal to support two vital charities: Ben Automotive and Samaritans Ireland. This initiative underscored the link between physical activity and mental health.

Between 6th and 16th May, NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland partnered with Ben Automotive for a roadshow, visiting staff and customers across the network. This brought wellbeing resources and mental health support directly to the community through workshops, drop-in sessions, and conversations. The roadshow aimed to raise mental health awareness and provide tools for stress management. As part of this, and NAPA’s 100th-anniversary celebrations, NAPA Racing UK invited Ben Automotive to Brands Hatch to highlight their work, even conducting a stress test on the NAPA Racing UK BTCC driver line-up.

Tracy Noble, Alliance Automotive Group HR Director, stated, “At AAG, we believe in the importance of supporting the mental health of our employees. This year’s initiatives were not only about raising funds but also creating environments where mental health conversations are prioritised and stigma is eliminated.” She thanked all participants for contributing to the campaign’s success.

For AAG, Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 represents their ongoing commitment to improving the well-being of their team, customers, and the wider community.
