Arnott has announced its January product release for 2025, introducing new suspension components designed to support the evolving demands of the automotive aftermarket. The release includes new shocks, valve blocks, and updates to existing air struts.
Among the new offerings are Arnott-engineered coil suspension struts and shocks, designed as direct replacements for original equipment (OE) parts. These components are built using quality materials, including custom-valved internal shocks designed to provide a comfortable ride and reliable performance. Arnott coil struts and shocks are assembled in the USA and feature long-lasting seals and new polyurethane bump stops. These parts undergo rigorous testing on dyno machines and extensive road testing on Arnott’s own fleet of vehicles. The new shocks include the SK-5084 Front Right Shock and SK-5085 Front Left Shock for BMW X5/X6 (F15/F16) models from 2013 to 2019 equipped with VDC.
Arnott has also expanded its range of air suspension solenoid valve blocks. These components are responsible for distributing air from the compressor to the air struts or air springs. Over time, O-rings within these blocks can deteriorate, leading to air leaks and placing extra strain on the compressor. Arnott’s direct-replacement solenoids include new O-rings to maintain optimal air suspension performance. The new valve blocks include the VB-3790 for Toyota Sequoia (XK60) models from 2007 to 2022, and the VB-3951 for Mercedes-Benz E-class (W211/S211) from 2003 to 2009, CLS-class (W219) from 2005 to 2011, and Maybach 57 & 62 (W240) from 2003 to 2012. Arnott’s valve blocks are designed as direct OE replacements and are part of a growing product category.
Finally, Arnott has announced linkage extensions for several of its air struts. These updated parts, including AS-2580, AS-2581, AS-2968, AS-2969, AS-3127, AS-3128, AS-3129, and AS-3130, which previously fitted Bentley Continental, GT, and Flying Spur models from 2003 to 2019, and VW Phaeton models from 2002 to 2016, now also fit Bentley Flying Spur models from 2014 to 2019.
These parts are also designed, assembled and tested in the USA using quality components.
