The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has partnered with The Motor Ombudsman to provide its 3,000+ members with access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
This new benefit empowers garages to manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and fairly. The Motor Ombudsman serves as the UK’s automotive-specific ombudsman, offering a structured and impartial process approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).
By utilising the ADR service, IAAF members can address customer disputes outside of court, saving time and costs while upholding a reputation for fairness and transparency.
Benefits of joining The Motor Ombudsman’s program include:
- Enhanced Credibility: Accreditation logos boost customer trust.
