The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has welcomed its newest member, manufacturing and design engineering specialist, Parker Hannifin, to it’s ever-growing membership.
Supplying parts into the independent aftermarket for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, the engine and mobile filtration solution is represented in the UK by the Racor and Baldwin brands, which are part of Parker Hannifin’s engine and mobile filtration division in Europe.
Jonathan Griffith, Parker Hannifin general manager for the engine and mobile filtration division EMEA, said: “Joining IAAF will help us to further promote the Racor and Baldwin brands into the independent aftermarket, providing us with greater brand exposure.
“It will also help to educate and inform the service centres that they have the right to choose which replacement elements and spare parts they use, providing customers with a greater and fairer choice.”
Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, added: “We’re delighted to have Parker Hannifin on board and look forward to working together as we continue to support all areas of the independent aftermarket.”
