The Motor Ombudsman has announced that eight branches of Lindleys Autocentres have been accredited to its Service and Repair Code.
Lindleys Autocentres, a family-run business with nearly 70 years of experience, is known for its excellent customer service and quality repairs. The Service and Repair Code, established in 2008, aims to drive high standards within the service and repair sector for both businesses and consumers.
By adhering to the Code’s 50 guidelines, Lindleys Autocentres demonstrates its commitment to fair and transparent pricing, honest advertising, and acting in the customer’s best interests. Additionally, the Code ensures a swift complaints handling process and access to The Motor Ombudsman’s free dispute resolution service if needed.
Benefits of accreditation for Lindleys Autocentres include access to a dedicated business information line, participation in training programs, and the ability to use the Motor Ombudsman and CTSI Approved Code logos in their marketing materials. Their profiles will also be listed on The Motor Ombudsman’s popular Garage Finder website, increasing their visibility to potential customers.
Bill Fennell, Chief Ombudsman and Managing Director of The Motor Ombudsman, said: “As we start a new year, we are very pleased to be expanding our coverage of Service and Repair Code-accredited businesses in Nottinghamshire, as we welcome Lindleys Autocentres to our network. David Lindley, owner of Lindleys Autocentres, commented: “Accreditation to The Motor Ombudsman’s highly respected Service and Repair Code reinforces our dedication to the highest level of customer service and workmanship, and our core ‘consumer-first’ mantra. It equally underlines our long-standing commitment to doing the very best for motorists, which has seen loyalty span generations of the same family, such is the reputation which we have built during the past decades amongst our customer base in the local area and beyond.
