Fil Filter believes Autoinform Live is a ‘great way’ for technicians to stay ‘connected’ with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), allowing them to develop their skills to ensure they can work efficiently and be more profitable in the process.
Sean Barnie, Fil Filter’s UK Sales & Marketing Manager, made the comments as excitement builds and tickets continue to be snapped up ahead of the Original Equipment Suppliers Aftermarket Association’s live training event, held at the GTG Training Academy in Wolverhampton on the 6th and 7th November.
Fil Filter will be among many OEM exhibitors offering hands-on training and sharing knowledge of their products, showcasing their OE pedigree and a first-hand look at new developments and technologies of the future.
Sean, along with a colleague, will be in attendance and believes Autoinform Live is a notable event for its “personal touch” and “interaction”.
He said: “Autoinform Live is special and unique; OEMs all under one roof, over the one weekend, means the end-user should come away from the event with extra confidence and knowledge of not just the parts themselves, but the work that goes on behind-the-scenes as well.
Quality and brand awareness will be the two main topics of conversation between Fil Filter and visitors to its stand. They go hand-in-hand, as Sean explained: “We want to ensure technicians are aware of our OE pedigree; we’ll be able to do that by showing who we work with, the types of filters of we’re producing and developing, and the increasingly important role of regular and continued servicing on modern vehicles, as they rely on clean running, such as low CO2 emissions and fuel economy.”
