Battery support units from GYS offer safe charging
Packed with a powerful 100A and at the top of the range, the GYSFlash 100-12HF offers exceptional performance for the modern workshop.

With the increasing demands on modern vehicles during key on/engine off diagnostic work, GYS say the safety risks are high.

The drain on the battery can be countered with GYSFlash products, which sustain the vehicle’s electrical supply to avoid the risk of damaging sensitive electronics.

The SOS recovery feature has been developed for batteries that have started the sulphation process and cannot be recharged with a conventional charger.

Using a 24 hour regeneration cycle, the GYSFlash can rescue sulphated batteries.

Not only a powerful diagnostic tool, the GYSFlash range are high specification battery chargers.

In a press release, GYS said: “Suitable for GEL, lead, acid, AGM, start/stop batteries and incorporating a high tech charger with IUoU multistage charging curve, charging time is reduced.

“Benefitting from a digital control panel, the GYSFlash voltage can be set anywhere in the range 12-15V – enabling easy management of manufacturer requirements.

“As well as being a high specification battery charger and battery support unit, the ‘change battery mode’ preserves vehicle memory settings.”

The GYSFlash has been designed for unobtrusive placement under vehicles.

Set to ‘showroom mode’, the GYSFlash will maintain batteries by supplying a constant charge and automatically restart from the last position in case of power failure.
