Five arrests made after police called out to garage business

Police have raided a cannabis farm at a garage business in Pontefract, the Pontefract and Castleford Express has reported.

Police were called to JR Autos and on arrival officers discovered around 40 cannabis plants.

Four men and one woman were all arrested on suspicion of producing class B drugs, they have since been released under investigation.

The raid took place on April 17 but police have only just released details.

Enquiries are ongoing.
