The National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) is celebrating its 100th anniversary in May 2025, marking a century since its establishment in America to create an efficient parts distribution system as the automobile gained popularity.
Over the decades, NAPA has expanded its offerings to include NAPA-branded parts, industrial components, electronic materials, and commercial vehicle parts, becoming recognised globally for trust and professionalism.
In the UK and Ireland, NAPA has become a significant brand, providing a comprehensive catalogue of over 40 product categories, including OE-quality aftermarket parts, accessories, and consumables. This commitment to quality extends to its involvement in motorsport, with the NAPA Racing UK team competing in the BTCC and MINI Challenge, and NAPA Truck supplying commercial vehicle parts. NAPA Auto Parts has over 270 branches across the UK and Ireland, part of a global network of over 6,000 locations.
To celebrate its centenary, NAPA is hosting various events throughout May and the rest of the year. NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland are running a month-long “Spin to Win” promotion, giving customers the chance to win over 23,000 prizes, including a trip to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas and F1 tickets.
Motorsport enthusiasts can join the celebrations at the BTCC race weekend at Brands Hatch on 10-11th May 2025. Four-time BTCC champion Ash Sutton will race with a special vintage livery, unveiled on 7th May, and limited-edition merchandise will be available at the trackside NAPA Shop.
In early June, NAPA will be a Diamond Headline Partner at Automechanika Birmingham, featuring a unique display to commemorate its 100-year heritage. Founded to meet the needs of the automotive industry, NAPA continues to serve those needs today.
