Bosch KTS and ESI online training now available

Bosch has announced the launch of a new online training course offing an introduction to KTS and ESI.

The free-of-charge course is available to all candidates currently registered on the Bosch Training Solutions platform.

Once the user has logged in, typing “KTS” or “ESI” into the search box will display the course.

Presented and narrated by professional trainer, Alex Gibson, the course gives the user an excellent overview of ESI[tronic] software, as well as the functionality and capabilities of the latest Bosch diagnostic testers, KTS 560 and KTS 590.

The course is primarily aimed at new users of KTS vehicle diagnostic systems, though any technicians looking refresh their knowledge of both hardware and software would find this course beneficial.

The training consists of several modules, clearly explained via a blend of video and animated screenshot routines for the user to work through, with each module accompanied by a short quiz.

The modules can be used as a reference, as they may be revisited and viewed at a later date by any registered user.

On successful completion of the modules, a printable and downloadable training certificate is available.

    Great, I went to a garage to fix a fault, vehicle had had two airflow meters new £400 and used £150 the mechanics there had a Strap-On scanner, they all had been on the Stap-On course.

    I looked at the fault code, then asked for a large rag, was pointed to manky
    Pair of overalls, wacked them up the wall, stuffed said overalls in airfilter with engine still running, carried on, bent down crack in intercooler size of small stone! They got a grunt, and was someone else’s problem.

    Not always worth the effort!
