Having joined ClickMechanic just 10 months ago, Brad Reynolds of BPR Mobile Technician has found success on the car repair platform, generating an additional 25 per cent over his usual monthly income.
Brad said: “Closer to the end of 2020, when garages were just starting to open up, a lot of garages I knew complained about shortage of work.
“I realised that this would be the perfect opportunity to explore an online platform to really get my business out there.”
The pandemic prompted independent businesses to focus on their online presence to find new customers.
With the drastic increase in online usage after the 2020 lockdown, the number of mechanics signing up to the ClickMechanic online platform increased by over 50 per cent compared to 2019.
Brad added: “After having researched and trying several car repair marketplaces, I narrowed my choice to ClickMechanic.
“I preferred ClickMechanic over the others as they had the simplest and most straightforward system to work with.
“More importantly, the continuous support from their team helped me gain more confidence in the platform.”
Brad started his career as a mechanic at a garage that specialised in tuning and upgrading vehicles.
As he later moved to a service center, he discovered his passion for diagnostics.
Reynolds currently runs his independent business in Grantham, England, and specialises in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
“I can recommend joining ClickMechanic, it has been an excellent business decision for my independent company.
“The best way I can describe my experience with the platform is that I feel like we’re growing together, which is the ultimate goal for every business.
As a result of the bookings on the app, Brad now earns an additional 25 per cent income every month.
