Dayco has appointed Daniel Chambers to its UK aftermarket team. Chambers brings extensive experience in the wholesale parts sector, having worked as a technician, parts specialist, and manager at various companies.
Chambers will support Dayco’s sales of its established HT (white) timing belt kits and growing range of belt-in-oil (BIO) solutions. He highlights Dayco’s original equipment heritage as a factor in his decision to join the company.
“Having worked in the wholesale parts business for such a long time, I was naturally very aware of Dayco,” Chambers said. “The prospect of being part of the Dayco team was not only a great opportunity, but also an easy decision to make.”
Dayco’s National Sales Manager, Steve Carolan, stressed the timeliness of Chambers’ appointment, coinciding with the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event. Chambers had the opportunity to connect with customers and distributors at the trade show.
Carolan highlights the growing interest in BIO technology and Dayco’s sales growth in this area. He sees Chambers’ experience as a valuable asset to the team.
