Dayco has been recognised as one of Italy’s Best Employers. The company’s facilities in Burolo, Ivrea, and Chieti were ranked among the top workplaces in the country.
This recognition is based on a survey of over 20,000 employees from various industries across Italy. Participants were asked about their willingness to recommend their employer, their satisfaction with work environment, compensation, well-being programs, and training opportunities.
Dayco achieved an impressive score of 8.62, placing it not only among the best companies in the “Metal and Plant Engineering” sector but also near the top of the overall rankings. This achievement highlights Dayco’s commitment to its employees, making it both a manufacturer of high-quality parts and a desirable workplace.
“We are incredibly proud of this result,” said Ruggero Semola, Dayco’s EMEA Managing Director. “This recognition reflects our dedication to the growth, training, and well-being of our workforce.”
Semola further emphasised the positive industry perception, stating that the survey results demonstrate Dayco’s strong reputation within the automotive sector. This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to fostering unity and responsibility at all levels.
Dayco’s global presence includes over 30 locations in 20 countries and a workforce exceeding 1,900 employees. The company is a leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of essential engine drive systems, catering to the automotive, industrial, and aftermarket sectors.
