DENSO has released a video interview promoting its League of True Mechanics (LOTM) competition, a free program designed to provide professional technicians with technical training and the opportunity to win prizes.
The seven-minute video features Mike Sadler, Assistant Manager at DENSO UK, and Edd Hunt, a three-time LOTM UK winner. They discuss the competition’s format, its benefits for technicians, and its growing popularity across Europe.
“As DENSO is widely recognised as one of the most technically proficient automotive parts manufacturers, at its core, the competition is designed to deliver high quality technical training to support professional technicians, which is why we want to continue to actively promote it, and the video interview provides us with a great platform to do so,” said Mike.
The interview highlights the value of the LOTM program, including the opportunity to gain new skills, improve technical knowledge, and potentially win national and overall titles.
“During the interview we’re able to answer the questions that would be entrants might ask before taking the plunge and signing up online and beginning the interactive courses and assessments that make up the competition’s content. Then by hearing from Edd and understanding what learning these new skills has done for him personally and for his business, demonstrates that there really are no downsides to taking up the LOTM challenge.”The LOTM competition is free to enter and open to professional technicians. It offers a combination of relevant technical training, skill development, and friendly competition.
“So, if you want to not only improve your technical skills and knowledge, but also potentially take the national and overall titles,” adds Mike, “then register for LOTM today!”
