Easy2Recruit, the recruitment agency specialising in connecting garages with overseas technicians, will celebrate its first anniversary at the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event (UKGBE) this week (5/6 June). The company reports significant growth as garages discover a solution to their staffing woes.
Founded in June 2023, Easy2Recruit bridges the gap between garages and skilled workers from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India. “One year on and our message is really reaching garages” said Ambi Singh, CEO of Easy2Recruit. “We are going from strength to strength as businesses see how simple it can be to take on an overseas technician.”
The process involves obtaining a Home Office license (Easy2Recruit can assist with this), followed by a video interview with potential candidates. Easy2Recruit steps in to handle the rest, including visa applications, flights, and accommodation for the overseas worker.
In addition to their core service, Easy2Recruit offers Student2Skill which connects international students studying in the UK with part-time garage opportunities. They are also the authorised recruitment supplier for the National Body Repair Association (NBRA).
