Automotive aftermarket specialist febi has launched new references to its FebiPLUS range.

The FebiPLUS range features over 1,500 specially-selected vehicle parts and unusual parts that provide an aftermarket repair and replacement option removing the need to source via franchised dealerships.

Linda Evans, product marketing manager at Febi, said: “Our new FebiPLUS references offer more economical repair options to technicians and our new-to-range items extend the range further to feature products that garages and motor factors might not realise are available in the independent aftermarket.

“With FebiPLUS, technicians can source a replacement component for a failed system, rather than replacing the entire assembly from the main dealer.

“The range is continually expanding to include more vehicle references, meaning parts that were always considered dealer only, are now available to the independent aftermarket.”

The new references in the FebiPLUS range feature parts across engine and transmission, including new rocker covers 108274 for Vauxhall Insignia, Mokka and Mokka X cars, and 170432 for BMW 1 and 3 Series vehicles, and inlet manifolds for Audi, BMW, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen vehicles.

New parts to the FebiPLUS range include brake disc shields, a protective part of the brake disc system.

Manufactured from pressed steel, Febi disc shields are precisely formed to match OE specifications and are treated with a galvanized coating and then painted to give excellent anti-corrosion protection.

Additions to Febi’s braking range feature new brake disc shield references 171531 for Audi A3, Seat Leon, Skoda Octavia and VW Golf, 171537 for Mercedes Benz C-Class cars and and 171540 for BMW 3 Series (1997-2007 model year).

With these latest releases, Febi is reminding technicians to check Febi first, for cost-sensitive repairs and gives distributors and mechanics a great opportunity to earn extra profit.
