The deadline extension for 2020/21 MOT annual training has been welcomed by automotive consultancy, Fourmative.
A Fourmative spokesperson said: “MOT testers will now need to complete their training and assessment by Friday 30 April 2021 to avoid being suspended from testing.
“Training can be carried out individually or with a training provider and the result will be recorded automatically, via MTS.
“Testers should do this in plenty of time before the deadline and not leave it until the last minute.”
