The Blend is giving away two pairs of free tickets for its widely anticipated annual conference and networking event to Garage Wire readers.

Taking place on Saturday, 28th September at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, the action-packed one-day event for independent garages is set to shine the spotlight onto a variety of topics including business operations, challenges and opportunities.

Returning speakers include John Batten of Auto IQ, Matt Cleevely of Cleevely Group and Andy Crook of Got Boost, whose presentations were highly acclaimed last year. New speakers bringing fresh perspectives and insights include Walsall Wood’s Nathan Taylor, Louise Baker of Womanic and Michael Shaikly of Shaikly Motor Company.

Attendees can choose from four different sessions happening at the same time, allowing them to pick the talks that interests them most. The event will also host trade supplier stands showcasing the latest garage innovations and solutions, with an evening dinner, awards ceremony and entertainment to conclude the day.

“Once again we’re offering two pairs of free tickets to Garage Wire readers in an exclusive prize draw,” said Ray Dilsons, Event Director at The Blend. “Having listened to our inspiring line-up of speakers during the day and met representatives from all of the big suppliers in the trade fair, the winners will also be treated to evening dinner and entertainment.”

More than 300 delegates, comprising of independent garages, invited suppliers and industry press, are expected to attend.

The prize-draw is eligible to owners and managers of independent garages based in the UK and Ireland, winners will be announced on Tuesday 10th September.
