Independent garage owners are being encouraged to attend the Hickleys advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and wheel alignment roadshow which will be highlighting market opportunities and the range of equipment available for workshops in Somerset, the West Midlands and Chesterfeild later this month.

The diagnostic and garage equipment specialist is to host its ‘Straight ahead to success’ roadshow from 24 – 26 February, 2020.

A Hickleys spokesperson said: “These roadshows will be offering live demonstrations on wheel alignment and ADAS calibration equipment from four major manufacturers, allowing customers to understand the features and benefits, the market opportunities, have a demonstration of the equipment and compare the different options.

“We are pleased to be joined by representatives from Bosch, Texa, Brain Bee and Electro Partners so you can speak directly to the manufacturers and understand the features and advantages of the individual products.”

ADAS market trends, opportunities and requirements

Each day of the roadshow is to start with a short presentation on ADAS covering market trends, workshop opportunities and the requirements to enter the market, including equipment and training.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to see five live test lane equipment demonstrations.

The roadshow is free-to-attend and starts in Taunton, Somerset on 24 February before moving on to Wolverhampton on 25th February and finishing at Chesterfield on 26th February.

The event is open from 2.00 – 5.00pm and repeated later at 6.00 – 9.00pm on each day of the roadshow.
