The KYB competition is aimed at highlighting the large number of vehicles driving with worn suspension, believed to be up to one in four.
Technicians across Europe are therefore being encouraged to submit photos of shock absorbers or coil springs which come into the workshop in terrible condition. KYB will select the best ones and then it’s followers will be able to vote for the winners.
KYB is increasing it’s brand presence on social media and wants to remind technicians how important it is to check shock absorbers, coil springs and mounting kits every time a vehicle comes into the workshop.
The prizes include a selection of tools from Sykes Pickavant, along with KYB clothing.
The competition, which opened Friday 22nd July runs until Friday 30th September. It can be entered via KYB’s Facebook page, using the ‘more details’ button below.
KYB is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of original equipment shock absorbers. The same world class product quality is available to the European aftermarket. KYB Europe also supplies a comprehensive range of coil springs, suspension mounting kits and protection kits.
