Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) has acquired Vigo Software, a specialist in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS).
The acquisition combines KCS’s expertise in ERP and business management software with Vigo’s deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. This allows KCS to offer customers a more comprehensive suite of solutions for managing their entire business, from inventory and warehousing to transportation and delivery.
