Kerridge Commercial Systems launches new ecommerce division

MAM Software, a Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) company, has announced the formation of a new strategic ecommerce division within the group.

The company, with operations across the globe, has recently seen a significant focus on ecommerce and digital technologies.

Announcing this key strategic investment, Tom Jackson, director of product management at KCS, said: “Our customers have looked to us to provide solutions that can help them meet the challenges posed by the recent pandemic, including changes to their business models.

“This is why we have accelerated the introduction of a new range of web-based products that are designed to enable our customers to build a sustainable and profitable web presence.

“Our teams have worked tirelessly to introduce innovative and quick-to-deploy digital solutions; we have already delivered on this, and are committed to continuing to do so. “

The initiative is designed to enable the group to further consolidate its ecommerce platforms, and focus on the delivery of core solutions across its product portfolio.

Tom added: “Bringing our resources together and recruiting additional colleagues to create this dedicated team will ensure we meet our customers’ digital needs now and for years to come.”

Giles Greenslade, business development director for ecommerce at KCS said: “Adding new and innovative ecommerce solutions to the KCS portfolio provides our customers with a one-stop shop for their digital needs.

“This new division will give us the additional resource we need to further expand and enhance the range of products we currently offer.

“We’re not asking customers to change their business to work with a website – the website will work with the KCS business solution they already deploy.

“I’m really looking forward to working with our customers to develop their strategies and to make sure that they really benefit from this significant investment.”
