Training provider, Our Virtual Academy is set to launch a new face-to-face training department for the benefit of technicians.
Our Virtual Academy Live will launch the new department with an electric vehicle ‘Masters Roadshow’, which is to start its tour in November.
The four day training course, hosted at venues across the country during the roadshow, offers an IMI level four award (OFQUAL ID 601/2938/4), and the skills, knowledge, and confidence to undertake the diagnosis and associated repairs of electrified vehicles.
Successful candidates will also receive an EV Master badge, sticker, and certificate, an IMI level four certificate and three months free access to the advanced hybrid and electric content on Our Virtual Academy.
An Our Virtual Academy spokesperson said: “Our Virtual Academy has partnered with HEVRA in the continuous development of EV Masters due to their unrivalled experience in the diagnosis and repair of electrified vehicles.
“With testing and measurement being at the centre of EV diagnostics, it was only right we partnered with a company leading the way in this area. EV Masters utilises the latest EV kit and accessories from Pico Technology.
“Our Virtual Academy is proud to be working in partnership with the IMI in raising the standards throughout the motor industry.”
