Polybush offers solution for front-end knocking in Vivaro and Trafic vans

Innovative polyurethane bushes offer a simpler, more durable alternative to traditional subframe bush replacements

Polybush offers solution for front-end knocking in Vivaro and Trafic vans

Front-end knocking, vague steering, and excessive tyre wear are common issues in Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, and similar vans, often caused by subframe bush failure.

These factory-fitted rubber bushes degrade over time due to heavy loads, oil and contamination, and the shear forces they experience.

Replacing these bushes can be problematic, as pressing out the old bushes can damage the subframe sleeve, sometimes requiring a complete subframe replacement.

Polybush has developed the 47E Front Subframe Bush as a solution to these issues. These polyurethane bushes are designed for a simple push-fit installation, eliminating the need for a press and reducing installation time. Unlike rubber, polyurethane is resistant to oil, salt, and general wear, offering increased durability. The reduced subframe movement also leads to sharper handling and less tyre wear.

These bushes are compatible with Vauxhall Vivaro (2001-on), Renault Trafic (2001-on), Nissan Primastar (2002-on), and Fiat Talento (2016-on) vans.

The Polybush 47E offers mechanics a faster installation, longer lifespan, and improved handling for these vans, without the risk of subframe damage.
