Technicians picked the brains of the eight-strong team of REPXPERTs on a range of topics, with a strong focus on INA belt systems, but also including LuK clutch replacements, FAG wheel bearings and future technology/E-Mobility.
Marketing communications manager, Jeff Earl said: “The Schaeffler stand is always one of the most popular at MECHANEX, and the design changes we made for Manchester ensured this trend continued.
“This year we added a presentation zone to our 100sqm. stand, where our two-belt system REPXPERTs, Tim Adams and Andy Vaux, delivered training seminars about belt installation issues and how to avoid them.
“We look forward to meeting more technicians later this year when MECHANEX returns to Sandown Park in November.”
Meanwhile, eager technicians have already filled up the latest LuK 2CT double clutch training course, which will take place on Tuesday 19th June at the REPXPERT Academy in Birmingham.
Familiar face, Alistair Mason, will be leading the event which will include an assessment day.
