The Shortis Group, a family-owned chain of motorist’s stores serving Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and East Anglia, has solidified its partnership with Supertracker. Replacing their existing laser wheel alignment systems, they’ve adopted Supertracker’s state-of-the-art computerised 6-sensor wheel alignment systems.
Wilco Motosave and Fast-Fit have relied on Supertracker’s wheel alignment solutions for years. Their technicians appreciate the simplicity and reliability of these machines. Seeking to modernise, they once again turned to Supertracker, known for straightforward wheel alignment.
The Supertracker STR130RW 6-sensor wheel alignment system met their criteria: reliability, ease of use, and efficient assembly.
Supertracker’s six-sensor computerised wheel aligner features an extensive vehicle database, customer history recall, and visual printouts for pre- and post-alignment readings. Its user-friendly software includes adjustment help screens and step-by-step guides for precise alignment checks.
Installation is handled by highly trained engineers from Straightset, ensuring efficiency and effective product demonstrations. The dedicated aftercare support enhances operational efficiency, safety, and overall customer satisfaction.
Richard Shortis, Managing Director of the Shortis Group said: “Having worked with the Supertracker equipment for many years, when it came to upgrading our wheel alignment gauges, Supertracker was the obvious choice with their computerised alignment system.”
Julia Blake, Director at Supertracker, comments: “We are delighted to be appointed to work with Wilco Motosave and Fast-Fit across their group of sites. This is an exciting collaboration which demonstrates the strength of a long-standing relationship between Supertracker and the Shortis Group”.
