Winner of 2017 Reddot Awards, Sykes-Pickavant say its patent protected headlamps from its Advanced Lighting Systems range provide “superior light” for the work environment.
The headlamps are rechargeable and detachable from the head strap; their magnetic back allows them to adhere to metal surface for stationary use.
A Sykes-Pickavant spokesperson said: “The headlamp is available in two brightness options; the 120 lumen HDL121R which can be used as a 60 or 120 lumen wide beam and the 250 lumen HDL251R which can be used as a 250 lumen flood light, 150 lumen spot light and 120 lumen arc.
“Both options feature a brightness memory function which recalls the setting at last usage as long as the light was last used for five seconds or more.
“HDL251R also features a motion activated sensor to turn the light on and off, making it ideal for complete hands-free usage.
“The HDL121R and HDL251R have glow-in-the-dark case accents for easy location of the product in un-lit areas.
“Prior to the battery running out, lights will flash in advance as a low power warning.
“Both headlamp options are IP65; “dust tight” as well as being drop impact resistant.”
