For increased accuracy and application coverage compared to a traditional analogue/needle gauge, Sykes-Pickavant says its new universal digital pressure tester is the number one choice.
Available as two kit types; the pressure tester can be purchased as a comprehensive kit for users who don’t already have the required pressure testing equipment or as a digital conversion kit which provides compatibility with a large range of our existing gauge products.
A Sykes-Pickavant spokesperson said: “The universal digital pressure tester supports applications across petrol/diesel compression, fuel low pressure, DPF, oil, turbo, cooling system, ad blue and vacuum pressure.
“The solution is also considered ‘future-proof’ as it is pre-programmed to work with kits that have not yet been released by adapting to suit evolving automotive applications.
“Smaller variations in pressure and vacuum are easier to see with these kits than when using an analogue gauge, which is essential for a correct diagnosis on current models.
“These readings can be saved, printed and exported for selected applications, allowing them to be easily stored and presented with the job card for customers to see.”
