In Town Automotive – one of the largest independently owned vehicle servicing and repairs garages in Northampton – has announced that apprentice Lewis Cleveley has been named as Apprentice of the Year at the recent SME Northamptonshire Business Awards.
Nominated by In Town Automotive’s Kimberley Dorr, Lewis is considered to be a credit to the business, having recently received a distinction and consistently high pass marks throughout his apprenticeship to-date.
Since joining the garage through the Bosch apprenticeship training programme back in July 2018, Lewis has thrown himself into his work and is “always so keen to learn”, according to Kimberley.
Lewis took to the stage to receive his prize at the Grand Celebration: a black tie evening event which is hailed as the ‘pinnacle’ of the awards process, held at the Royal and Derngate theatre in Northampton.
