Iconic British automotive brand, Lucas, used the UK Classic Motor Show at the NEC, 8-10th November as a platform to debut its latest offering: the Lucas Authentic Classic Range.
Presented in red and black packaging – evocative of the original period parts with the lion and flambeau logo – at launch, the programme will focus on parts for classic Land Rover and Jaguar cars as well as motorcycles, with part reference cross over into other marques such as: Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Standard Triumph, and others.
Initially comprising electrical and lighting components and vehicle accessories, in 2020 the range will expand to include other products for classic vehicles.
Available immediately in the UK, the Lucas Authentic Classic Range will be rolled out across all key markets which have a representative population of British classic vehicles.
The range will be taken to market by three dedicated trading partners: SNG Barratt (Jaguar and other four wheel marques excluding Land Rover); Britpart (Border Holdings – Land Rover) and Wassell (classic British motorcycles) are all well-known experts in their fields.
They will adhere to the most stringent testing and quality processes to offer a bespoke range meeting the requirements of even the most exacting automotive purist.

With dedicated focus and unique identity in red and black packaging, the range encompasses the OE heritage and pedigree of Lucas.
It adheres to the OE specification, follows original drawings where possible and combines this with modern manufacturing techniques and stringent testing procedures to produce parts for the automotive purist.
