Traffic police who stopped a driver for travelling at 106mph on the A47 revealed that the motorist had not yet received his full licence, after previously serving a ban for drink driving.
Traffic police officers managed to catch the speedster on the A47 at Terrington, where he presented his provisional licence.
The driver was one of many drivers stopped on Sunday, March 25 as another driver in Kings Lynn was arrested after being caught speeding and a drug swipe testing positive.
