Paul Bowers Motors from Dundee has claimed a runners up spot at the annual AutoCare conference ‘Garage of the Year’ awards.
The garage has been trading since 1995 and specialises in Hunter wheel alignment, special tyre and wheel fitting.
Garage owner, Paul Bowers said: “Before I’d joined AutoCare, I’d definitely not have done any of the training that I’ve done on this scheme.
“I’ve been a part of AutoCare for just around two and a half years now and I haven’t looked back.
“Of course, I was shocked to win the runner up out of 476 national garages.
“People in Dundee get to see what I’m using and how the scheme has helped me come a long way.”
The Garage of the Year award celebrates the garages’ excellence in digitally marketing AutoCare/approved garages at their garage premises as well as their own website.
Maria McCullough, AutoCare network manager, said: “Paul Bowers provides an excellent service and ensure that the parts that they supply all meet block exemption regulations, which allows them to service and repair all vehicles without affecting manufacturer’s warranty.

Each year, AutoCare, with a network of 476 trusted garages across the UK, holds their conference, where over 875 delegates attended this year.
