S & J Garage Services in Carmarthen has been crowned AutoCare’s ‘Garage of the Year’ 2016 at the annual Autocare conference.
Each year, AutoCare, a network of 476 trusted garages around the UK, holds a tradeshow and conference.
S & J has been established for over 15 years, and is an independent garage specialising in all forms of diagnostics.
The Garage of the Year award celebrates the garages’ excellence in digitally marketing AutoCare at their garage premises as well as their own website, adhering to the AutoCare code of conduct, supporting the programme, sending customer feedback cards, and attending training courses and conferences/regional meetings that are provided by the network.
Stephen Sonogles, managing director of S & J Services said: “The marketing material given to us by AutoCare, especially the two annual promotions where our customers have an opportunity to win a brand new car as well as many other prizes, has allowed my garage to identify new customers.
“The success of S&J, being crowned AutoCare Garage of the Year in 2016 is a huge achievement and we feel honoured to have won from so many other garages.”
S & J are supportive of their sponsoring GROUAPUTO Motor Factors distributor, who is John Morgan Autoparts in Carmarthen.
They ensure that the parts that they supply all meet block exemption regulations, which allows S & J to service and repair all vehicles without affecting manufacturer’s warranty.
