Improved business and payment solutions for independents offered at A1 Spring Show
MAM will be demonstrating its Autopart software and new partnerships at the A1 Spring Show.

MAM Software has announced it will be exhibiting at this year’s A1 Motor Stores Spring Trade Show, which will take place on 10 and 11 April, where the brand will be showcasing its new payment and business solutions for the independent automotive sector.

The event will once again be held at Whittlebury Hall Hotel in Northamptonshire and will see MAM staff showcasing the company’s upcoming accessories catalogue.

The catalogue, which supports tools, equipment, car care, consumables and accessories, will improve the data available to factors and retailers at point of sale, MAM has said.

Empowered staff for better buying decisions

Product information will be more easily accessible, empowering counter staff to help customers to make better-informed buying decisions.

Users will be able to search, filter and compare products from individual brands, and price and stock information is immediately available.

MAM will also be demonstrating its Autopart software at this year’s show.

The business management solution has been specifically designed for the automotive aftermarket and can be used in conjunction with the accessories catalogue to add chosen products to a transaction.

Reduced operating costs

Autopart v30 has versatile functionality to streamline and improve processes for the industry, allowing parts and accessory retailers to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and enhance their customer service.

Autopart is available through both traditional on-premise and cloud deployment.

The Software as a Service (SaaS) approach is a popular option among retailers for its flexibility and ability to eliminate the need for updates and maintenance.

Lower transaction times

MAM also recently launched a partnership with Paymentsense, which integrates card payment functionality into Autopart.

Users will no longer need to manually enter the transaction amount into a card machine, saving time while preventing values from being mistyped.

Chip-and-pin and contactless payments can then be processed within Autopart’s point of sale, sales order entry and receipt of payment screens.

Mark Kendall, sales director at MAM Software, commented: “We are looking forward to exhibiting at the A1 Motor Stores Spring Trade Show.

“We believe our new accessories catalogue will be invaluable to the automotive industry, and this event is an ideal opportunity for us to receive direct feedback from A1 group members.”
